Installation Splicing and Repairs
|

BCL is an authorized Rema Tip Top stocking distributor. As such all field vulcanizing and repairs are performed with Rema Tip Top materials and completed to manufacturers specifications. With the engineering support of Rema Tip Top we are constantly ensuring that all splicing is performed with maximum splice life guaranteed.
BCL has a range of vulcanizers for all applications from 12" wide to 84" wide fabric and steel cable carcass conveyor belts. BCL technicians are constantly being trained and updated as the technology in the industry changes.

Roll Covering (Pulley Lagging)
|
|
BCL technicians are highly skilled in the cold bonding of rubber to steel. Various products are available for maximum traction drive pulleys. Rubber and ceramic lagging can be applied to new or existing pulleys either on site or in our shop. Rema Tip Top products are used to insure maximum life of the products applied.

Preventative Maintenance Programs

BCL works with customers to assess critical path conveyor systems, to develop and implement belt change out procedures to eliminate down time. We also offer inspection and recommendation services to insure the customer is maximizing production in the most cost effective manner.

Reduces belt change out times, customer manpower, and equipment requirements.

Portable tandem axle trailer chassis registered for highway travel
Hydraulic drive.
Quick shaft conversion also allows for the wind up of electrical cable, or wire rope onto wooden cores.

Rubber Lining
|

Rema Tip Top is the world leader in the manufacturing of rubber lining products for all applications, from chemical resistance to mine slurry. BCL can supply the materials and installation services to rubber line chutes, tanks, wear liners at our customer’s location.
Projects have been performed in mining, aggregate operations, and nuclear generating stations.

BCL offers classroom and field training of customers in remote locations to educate their maintenance personnel in the safe operation, maintenance and repair of conveyor systems.
